User Accounts
You may need to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for:

- All activities that occur under your account.
- Providing accurate and current information in your profile and listings.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:

Provider Listings
Providers are solely responsible for the accuracy of their listings, including business information, service descriptions, photos, pricing, and availability. Holopath does not verify or endorse any provider and is not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of services offered.
Payment Terms
Certain features, including Pro subscriptions and expert consultations, require payment. By purchasing a paid service, you agree to:
- Pay the applicable fees as displayed at the time of purchase.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
- Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us for assistance.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your payment card information.
Intellectual Property
All content on Holopath — including text, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of Holopath or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.
By submitting content (photos, descriptions, reviews), you grant Holopath a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with our services.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Holopath and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to:
- Interactions with providers listed on the platform.
- Any wellness treatments or therapies received.
- Loss of data or unauthorized access to your account.
- Service interruptions, errors, or inaccuracies in listing content.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Holopath from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to Holopath at any time, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from your dashboard. Upon termination, your right to use the services ceases immediately, but provisions that by their nature should survive (such as limitation of liability and indemnification) will remain in effect.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the revised Terms on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
